Construction did not continue on the evening of Monday, Jan. 11th into the morning hours of Tuesday, Jan. 12th due to weather conditions in the Chicago area. Snow totals of nearly three inches in the city proper postponed work. No updated information has been released. It is expected that this project will be completed as previously stated by the morning of Friday, Jan. 15th, 2016.
