I am a Chicago broadcast and digital media professional with over a decade of experience in journalism, advertising and marketing in the Chicago market.
My education background includes an Associate of Arts in Media Studies, Bachelor of Public Relations, and a Master’s Degree in Marketing Communication with an emphasis in digital media.
Currently, I can be heard each morning from 5am-10am on the Big John Howell Show on 890 WLS-AM, and as a segment host on the Chicago-based podcast, Lossano and Friends. On occasion, I serve as a contributor to The Weather Channel and have been an SAG-AFTRA performer since 2009.
In addition to my marketing communications education and broadcast journalism background, I am a certified health coach and also a certified endurance training coach.
Some of my personal accomplishments include fundraising thousands of dollars for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society by training and completing multiple marathon and ultra marathon foot races, mentoring and coaching with their Team in Training division since 2008. I am also a coach for girls seven to 11-years-old with the non-profit organization, Girls on the Run.
I am also a community outreach spokesperson for PAWS Chicago, and have appeared seasonally on their CAN-TV show as the lead host.
