1 cup Skim Milk

1/2 cup Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt

1 cup Frozen Pineapple

1 Whole Banana

1 cup Frozen Raspberries

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Preparation:  Just throw it all into a blender on the “ice crush” setting!  (If you want it a little sweeter, throw in a teaspoon of Splenda or Stevia!)
